Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AJPDAS does with the details a buyer sends.
This policy explains what AJPDAS does with the details a buyer sends through the website, an inquiry, a quotation, a bulk requirement, an account, or a message by phone, email, or WhatsApp. It covers personal and company contact details used to answer and supply those requests.
What AJPDAS collects
Quote and contact forms
Name, email, phone number, and the message. The message may include the product, specification, quantity, and destination.
Bulk order form
The same contact details, plus the company name and the requirement note.
Account
Name, mobile number, email, and password. The password is stored only in protected form.
Product and order records
The quotation, the accepted order, and the delivery details needed to supply it.
Newsletter
The email address, when a person subscribes.
Browser
Recent words typed into the header search are saved in that browser, not in an AJPDAS account. The site also receives ordinary technical details, such as the browser type and the pages opened, through the hosting logs.
AJPDAS does not collect payment-card numbers on this website. Payment terms are named on the quotation.
Why it is collected
- Reply to an inquiry and prepare a quotation
- Confirm and supply an order, including packing, dispatch, and documents
- Keep a record of the requirement and the commercial terms
- Send a newsletter only to someone who subscribed
- Keep the website working and understand which pages are used
- Answer a question about the information AJPDAS holds
What AJPDAS does not do
Contact details are not sold. They are not used for unrelated marketing. A newsletter is sent only to an address that was subscribed.
Who else sees it
- The AJPDAS team handling the inquiry or order
- A logistics or documentation partner, when a confirmed order needs dispatch or export papers
- A hosting or email provider that stores the website and the messages
- An authority, if a law requires the record to be produced
Once a buyer opens a WhatsApp chat, those messages are handled by WhatsApp. AJPDAS does not control that service.
Where the information is kept
Inquiries from India and from export buyers are handled by AJPDAS in India. A delivery partner in the destination country receives only what that shipment needs.
How long it is kept
- An inquiry that does not become an order is kept long enough to finish the quotation and any follow-up.
- An accepted order, invoice, and tax record is kept for the period Indian commercial and tax rules require.
- A newsletter address is removed when the person unsubscribes.
- Recent searches stay in the browser until the person clears them.
How it is protected
Access to inquiry and order records is limited to the team that needs them. AJPDAS takes reasonable care with the records it holds. The buyer should use a current browser. No website can promise that a breach is impossible.
What the buyer can ask
A buyer can ask AJPDAS to:
- Confirm what contact and inquiry details are held
- Correct a name, phone number, email, or company name
- Delete an inquiry that did not become an order, where keeping it is no longer required
- Stop newsletter email
An accepted order and its tax record may still need to be kept after a deletion request.
Children
This website is for industrial buyers. It is not meant for children. AJPDAS does not knowingly collect a child’s details.
Cookies and the search box
The browser may keep a session so a form or an account can work. The header search can store recent search words on that device. Clearing the browser data removes those recent searches. This site does not run an advertising cookie program.
Changes to this policy
AJPDAS may update this page. The version on the website is the current one. Records of an order already accepted stay under the privacy terms that applied when that inquiry was sent.
Contact
Questions and requests about personal information can be sent through the contact page. AJPDAS handles these requests from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The commercial rules for a quotation and an order are in the Terms & Conditions.
