Lead Policy
How inquiries and buy requirements are shared, unlocked, and used.

This Lead Policy explains how product inquiries, quote-list submissions, and buy requirements (RFQs) are handled on this B2B marketplace.
1. What counts as a lead
- Product inquiry or quote-list inquiry linked to a company or product
- Posted buy requirement reviewed by admin and shared with selected suppliers
2. Admin review
Buy requirements and many supplier-linked inquiries are reviewed before release. The platform may edit, reject, or withhold leads that look spammy, incomplete, or abusive.
3. Sharing with suppliers
Approved leads are visible in the supplier lead inbox and may trigger an email notice. Monthly plan limits and lead credits control how many leads a company can receive.
4. Buyer contact details
Name, email, mobile, and company details are shared so suppliers can reply with a quotation. Buyers should only submit genuine requirements. Suppliers must use contact details solely for that requirement.
5. Quotes and notifications
When a supplier marks a lead as quoted, the buyer may receive an email notice and can review the quote in their account (when logged in).
6. No guarantee of business
A lead is an introduction opportunity, not a confirmed order. Pricing, commercial terms, and fulfilment remain between buyer and seller unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Abuse
Duplicate flooding, fake contacts, scraping, or harassment may result in blocked submissions and account action.
