Plan Terms

These Plan Terms cover Free, Growth, Premium, and any custom membership assigned to a supplier account.

1. Assignment

Plans are assigned by the marketplace admin. Self-serve payment checkout is not required for plan changes on this platform. Plan expiry (if set) returns the account to Free benefits.

2. Typical benefits

• Product listing limit — daily cap on new products
• Lead monthly limit — how many approved leads you can receive per month (or unlimited)
• Contact unlock — whether phone/email show on your public company page
• Featured eligibility — whether your company can be featured on home/directory pages

3. Lead credits

If your monthly lead limit is reached, admin may grant lead credits. Each credit can allow one additional lead beyond the plan cap. Credits do not replace plan rules for contact unlock or featured placement.

4. Contact unlock

Public contact may be unlocked by plan benefit, permanent admin unlock, or a temporary unlock window. Locked contact means buyers use inquiry/RFQ flows instead of seeing direct phone/email.

5. Featured placement

Featured status may include an end date. Featured companies appear earlier in directory/search and may show on home/category sections when configured.

6. Fair use

Plans are for genuine suppliers. Artificial inflation of products or leads, or misuse of unlocked contact data, may result in downgrade or suspension.

7. Changes

Plan names, limits, and benefits may change. Admin will update your account when a change applies.
